关于敦促赴东南亚“金三角”（老挝）地区仙游籍人员劝返的通告（三）


为严厉打击跨境违法犯罪活动，保护人民生命财产安全，依据《中华人民共和国刑法》、《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》、《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》等相关法律，现对仙游籍目前仍然滞留在东南亚“金三角”（老挝）地区的仙游籍人员实行集中劝返。现通告如下：
一、自本通告发出后至5月7日，凡在东南亚“金三角”（老挝）地区仙游籍人员应主动与户籍所在地村居(社区)及派出所同步取得联系，并进行报备。
二、赴东南亚“金三角”（老挝）地区仙游籍人员家属自本通告发布后应及时联系滞留人员劝促尽快回国返乡，并说明情况。
三、赴东南亚“金三角”（老挝）地区仙游籍人员及家属要充分认清现阶段境外疫情及社会治安的严峻形势，滞留人员极易沦为网络赌博、电信诈骗等违法犯罪的“帮凶”，更有可能成为绑架、非法拘禁、强迫卖淫等不法侵害的直接受害者，生命财产安全无法得到保障。
四、赴东南亚“金三角”（老挝）地区仙游籍人员，务必尽快主动入境回国，回国前需提前7天向户籍地派出所报备入境时间和入境口岸，不得从便道、小路非法入境。
五、任何单位、组织和个人不得为滞留人员提供隐藏处所、财物、交通工具或为其通风报信、作假证明包庇以及提供其他便利条件帮助其逃匿。若经查证属实，一律依法追究法律责任。
六、自通告发布之日起，欢迎广大人民群众积极行动起来检举揭发滞留东南亚“金三角”（老挝）地区人员及其相关违法犯罪线索。对举报线索查证属实的，公安机关将给予相应奖励，并严格为举报人保密。对泄露举报人信息的行为将予以严厉查处，对打击报复举报人的，将依法从严、从重惩处。
