广西百色开行中老铁路国际货运列车

记者从中国铁路南宁局集团有限公司获悉，4月13日12时许，一列国际货运列车从广西百色平果市境内的南昆铁路那厘站开出，运送聚合硫酸铁等货物前往老挝首都万象。

这是广西继4月2日后往中老铁路方向开行的第二列中老铁路国际货运列车，标志着广西打通了南宁国际铁路港、那厘站两个中老铁路国际货运列车始发站点。

据集程物流有限责任公司总经理韦继兰介绍，中老铁路的开通运营，为企业加强与老挝市场的进出口贸易创造了快捷高效的物流通道。原先，企业出口老挝的货物只能在钦州港装船下海出境，线路比较绕、运输时间也比较长。

中老铁路开通运营后，打通了中国与老挝的铁路运输大通道，依托海关“异地报关”的便利政策，货物通过南宁国际铁路港95306“数字口岸”系统完成线上一体化报关后，即可在那厘站装运发车，一站式直抵云南磨憨口岸出境，全程压缩运输时间5天左右，节约综合物流成本10%。

为确保列车顺利开行，中国铁路南宁局集团有限公司给予列车“优先承运、优先装车、优先挂运”运力倾斜支持，同时与南宁海关、中铁国际多式联运有限公司、集程物流有限责任公司建立沟通协调机制，推动检验报关、车辆调配、装卸组织等各环节有序衔接、高效运转。

据中国铁路南宁局集团有限公司南昆货运中心主任张友华介绍，南昆铁路与中老铁路收尾相连，首列中老铁路（中国百色-老挝万象）国际货运列车的顺利开行，畅通了百色地区物资往老挝方向的物流运输通道，起到了良好的示范带动效应。后续，企业每月预计有1300吨聚合硫酸铁通过那厘站发往老挝万象。
