老挝完全支持全球安全倡议

5月3日，姜再冬大使往见老挝党中央政治局委员、外交部长沙伦赛，全面介绍全球安全倡议并同其就推进落实倡议交换意见。


姜再冬表示，在上月举行的博鳌亚洲论坛2022年年会上，习近平主席首次提出了全球安全倡议。在这一重大倡议中，习近平主席深刻把握人类前途命运和世界发展大势，提出坚持共同、综合、合作、可持续的安全观，坚持尊重各国主权、领土完整，坚持遵守联合国宪章宗旨和原则，坚持重视各国合理安全关切，坚持通过对话协商以和平方式解决国家间的分歧和争端，坚持统筹维护传统领域和非传统领域安全，呼吁摒弃冷战思维，不搞集团政治和阵营对抗，构建均衡、有效、可持续的安全架构。
姜再冬强调，全球安全倡议明确回答了“世界需要什么样的安全理念、各国怎样实现共同安全”的时代课题，为推动全球安全治理提供了重要思想指引，成为人类命运共同体理念在安全领域的生动实践，充分彰显了习近平主席博大的天下情怀和强烈的历史担当。中老始终走在构建人类命运共同体的前列，都致力于维护国际公平正义和世界和平稳定，我们愿同老方携手推动全球安全倡议落地生根、开花结果，共建和平、安宁、繁荣、美丽、友好的家园。
沙伦赛表示，和平与发展是时代主题和各国人民愿望，但当今世界并不太平。习近平主席提出全球安全倡议恰逢其时，顺应了时代潮流和历史大势，回应了国际社会对怎样实现和平稳定发展的热切期盼，展现了大国领袖的高超政治智慧和深邃战略眼光。特别是全球安全倡议强调重视各国合理安全关切，通过加强合作实现共同安全，为解决国际社会正在面临的紧迫课题提供了正确方向和思路。老挝完全支持并愿同中方共同落实全球安全倡议，为推动构建人类命运共同体、维护世界和平安宁作出积极贡献。
